A partner laundry cleans your clothes while you follow the status in the app. Delivery is confirmed with a code too.

If the laundry finds the work differs from the order, you see the revised price and decide. Nothing extra is charged without your approval.
You see the price before you pay
We do not publish a fixed price list. What you pay depends on what is being cleaned and who cleans it.

- Changes need your yes. If inspection changes the price, you approve it first.

How do I pay?
You pay online in the app when you place the order. Riders do not collect cash.
What if the price changes after my clothes are inspected?
The laundry inspects your items on arrival. If the price needs to change, you see the new amount in the app and approve or reject it. You are not charged extra without your approval.
How do I know the rider is genuine?
Pickup and delivery are confirmed with a one-time code (OTP) that you see in the app. Do not hand over your clothes without it.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, in line with our Cancellation and Refund policy. Read the latest version on the Cancellation & Refund page.
What if something is damaged or goes missing?
Photos are taken at pickup, which helps us look into it. Raise a complaint from the order in the app, or contact us.
